Absolutely beautiful Property and a very comfortable room. Joe and Roselea are wonderful hosts who truly enjoy what they are doing and it shows in all their actions and small touches throughout your stay. Breakfast's are homemade and delicious. We had a wonderful stay.    

We were touched by the fall foliage, like I don't think I've ever seen. Breathtaking. We had breakfast fit for a king and queen every morning. The scary Halloween man at the bottom of the stairs was so funny. We should have regular 3-day getaways! Thank you. I enjoyed the gardens, Halloween decorations and the weather was perfect!    

Staying at the Roselea was fantastic experience. We only stayed for one night but it was still wonderful. Small & personal touches made it feel like home. We'll be back. Thank you!    

My daughter is getting Married today! I raised my family in B'ville but after divorcing, moved back 'home' to Rochester. I have lived away for 10 years, so things have changed a bit. One of the nicest changes is this establishment. I cannot think of a nicer way to relax before this big day than staying here. We had coffee outside and a stroll through the gardens, a breakfast extraordinaire, it has been wonderful.    

This was our first visit - every-thing was wonderful! Such attention to detail. We were very comfortable and enjoyed talking with our hosts Roselea and Joe. Thank you both!
